Purpose of the data processing
If you contact us and there is no contract initiation, we are processing your data based on our legitimate interest to conduct our business operations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Please be informed that we do not process any data without an over-riding legitimate interest, e.g. in coordinating data protection matters with suppliers of our customers.

Categories of recipients
We use service providers within the scope of rendering our services that have been committed to confidentiality and
maintaining data protection in the event that access to personal data cannot be excluded. These categories of recipients
include IT service providers. Data disclosure to authorities requires the existence of overriding statutory provisions; a transfer to third countries is not expected.

Storage period and deletion of data
Your data will be stored for the duration of the processing and deleted after the purpose has ceased to apply; if legal re-quirements exist, the data will be stored up to the end of these liabilities and subsequently deleted.
