Purpose and legal basis of data processing, categories of recipients, duration of storage and deletion of data
The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about our services and job offers, combined with the opportunity for you to contact us.
In providing our website, we comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA), the Telemedia Act (TMA) and the Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDPA). We process personal data in particular in accordance with the following legal bases:

Legitimate interests are, in particular, our commercial interest to be able to provide our website, the security of information, the enforcement of our own legal claims and the compliance with further legislation.
We use service providers who are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection as part of the provision of services. These are hosting providers and providers of user analysis tools. Data will only be passed on to authorities if overriding legal provisions apply.
When you visit the website, a connection is established with your browser. The following information collected in the process is temporarily stored in system files and recorded automatically: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of files accessed, website from which access is made or from which you were directed to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your provider.
The aforementioned data is processed by us for the purposes of establishing a trouble-free connection and system security. The resulting connection data is automatically deleted and generally retained for no longer than seven days. If the website is misused, any log data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes will be retained until the incident has been clarified.

The legal basis for data processing is then Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR combined with Section 25 (1) TTDPA (consent). The cookies requiring consent will be deleted after 2 years at the latest. Contact form and enquiry form
If you write to us via our contact form or our enquiry form, your data from the form will be processed to attend to your request. The legal basis for the data transfer to us is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in the context of the contact form. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The data will then be deleted. If no further retention obligation arises from your enquiry (e.g. in the case of an online order), the data will be deleted after three years.
In the case of a request for quotation, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be forwarded internally to the responsible contact person for processing your request. Your data will not be transferred to third parties without your explicit consent. The quotation data must be stored for at least six years in accordance with the requirements of commercial law.
Your right to information, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability
You can exercise your right to information, rectification, and erasure of data at any time. To do so, please contact us using the contact details provided above. If you request data erasure but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability insofar as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
