Purpose and legal basis of data processing
The purpose of data processing is to initiate employment relationships on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR together with Section 26 FDPA. Data will not be transferred to other companies. Should we include your data in an applicant pool for a longer period of time, we will ask for your consent in advance and thus process your data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Categories of recipients
Applicant data will not be passed on to third parties. As we use service providers for our information technology who are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection, access to personal data cannot be ruled out in this context. Categories of recipients outside of management and human resources are service providers for hosting, support and operation of this website as well as external consultants. Data will only be passed on to authorities if overriding legal provisions apply. Data is not transferred to third countries.
Duration of storage and deletion of data
Your data will be stored for the duration of the application process; if you become an employee at our company, your application data will be stored by us for the duration of your employment. If we decide to decline your application, we will retain your data for a further six months on a statutory basis and then delete it; in the case of an application being sent on your own initiative or if you consent to us retaining your data for a longer period for possible future employment, we will retain your data until you withdraw your consent or for a maximum of two years.
Your right to information, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability
You can exercise your right to information, rectification, and erasure of data at any time. To do so, please contact us using the contact details provided above. If you request data erasure but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability insofar as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
Obligation to provide information
It is not possible to complete the application process without correct information from you. This may mean that your application cannot be assessed in an ongoing process.
